  • General Purpose Silicone Sponge MIL-R-6130  AMS 3195

    • Medium and firm density.   Suitable for most high temperature gasket applications. Also available with adhesive.

  • Low Compression Set

    • Soft and medium density.  Special formulation results in compression set of 5% compared to 25% for general purpose formulations.

  • Flame Retardant Sponge

    • Medium density.  Meets UL94HBF flammability classification and MIL-R-6130 Type 2 Grade A.  

  • Fiberglass Reinforced Sponge

    • Fiberglass reinforced medium density.  Unique construction has the compressibility of sponge with X-Y dimensional stability.  Also available with adhesive.

  • Conductive Silicone

    • Thermally conductive, firm density sponge and electrically conductive solid silicone.  Conduct and seal at the same time. 

  • Silicone Foam FAR 25.853, FAR 25.856

    • Low density, flame retardant foam for countless sealing, padding and flame retardant applications.   Also available with adhesive.

  • Silicone Foam Open Cell

    • Low density, low compression set foam.  Meets the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600

  • Silicone Foam Closed Cell

    • Medium density, low compression set foam.  Meets the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600

  • Fluorosilicone

    • Unique sponge for resistance to fluids that would attack other materials.

  • Sponge and Foam Tapes

    • Adding high temperature pressure sensitive adhesives to the sponge and foams above, reduce installation and allows for continuous die cutting.

  • Silicone Tape

    • Silicone tape consists of high temperate adhesive on a strong polyester film for splicing and masking.

  • Solid Silicone

    • Solid silicone is available in hardness from 30 Shore A to 60 Shore A including FDA grade for food applications.
